ADMISSION FORMALITIES FOR CLASSES
Nursery – k.g. iI
1. Registration forms will be issued from 2nd January 2024 during the school hours on payment of Rs. 300/- (non-refundable) from the payment office. 2. Original and Photostat copies of the Birth certificate from the municipality or panchayat should be produced at the time of Admission. No other type of Birth certificate
shall be accepted.
3. Children completing three year till march 31st are eligible for registration to nursery.
4. Registration form should be filled in by parents. A passport size photograph should be affixed on it. 5. After the registration, the parents along with their wards will be invited for verification of documents and visit to the school.
6. Registration does not guarantee for admission, selection will be done by a competent panel.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
Parents should submit the following documents at the time of admission.
1. Original Birth certificate
2. A true copy of the Marksheet
3. Original T.C Countersigned (If it is necessary)
4. Parent’s name, surname, caste & sub caste
5. Copy of SSSM ID and Adhar Card
6. Two passport size photographs of the student.
2. Parents should complete the formalities on the dates allotted to them in the list. SEATS WILL NOT BE KEPT RESERVED.
ADMISSION FORMALITIES FOR OTHER
CLASSES (I – IX and XI)
1. Admission is open to all the classes subject to the availability of seats. Applicants for admission are selected admission by the school authorities.
2. No donation is accepted by this institution for admission to any classes.
3. Managing committee is the final and binding authority regarding the admission – rules and policies.
4. Original Birth certificate (from municipality) and or transfer certificate and mark sheet (from previous school) will be retained In the school along with the admission form. It shall not be returned to the students from class 1st onwards.
ADMISSION IN CLASS XI
1. All candidates, including the students of Saint Arnold’s school who pass the class X examinations will have to make a fresh application for admission in Class XI. No student shall presume automatic admission in Class XI.
2. Admission in class XI will be done as per the criteria etermines by the School Authorities.
3. Application from for Admission in class XI will be issued after the declaration of CBSE Class X result.
SUBJECT SELECTION
After the Secondary School [Class X] Examination, the CBSE provides a number of options [in the elective subjects] in the Senior Secondary Section [Class XI & XII]. However, our School offers the following subjects and combinations only:
